Process Control Solutions Announces Acquisition of CAB Fluid Solutions, Inc.

 

We are pleased to announce that effective November 15, 2017, Process Control Solutions, LLC has acquired CAB Fluid Solutions, Inc. This is a very exciting event for both companies, our employees and our customers.  Our greatest assets have always been our people, and by acquiring CAB Fluid Solutions, PCS has just made a huge increase in the quality of that asset.

CAB Fluid Solutions, Inc. specializes in the design and manufacture of custom fluid power systems, test stands and special industrial machinery. Their expertise includes fluid power integration, mechanical and electrical engineering, industrial PLCs and controls, and decades of experience developing turnkey industrial systems.

This acquisition will create a more comprehensive infrastructure with a significantly broader product portfolio for our industrial customers, expanded technical capabilities and enhanced mechanical expertise.

Chris Boyer, owner of CAB Fluid Solutions, will be joining the PCS team and the Vice President of our new Fluid Systems Division.  We are excited to have Chris and the rest of his staff join our team.
